Payments:
We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover. You may also pay by money order or cashiers check if you place an order over the phone. We will ship your order once it clears. You can also fax orders. Please put attention Eric. Thanks!
Order Info:
Please allow 3 days for us to process your order. This is to insure availability of the products requested. If we do not have it in stock, we will notify you immediately and your credit card will not be charged for those items on back order. You will only be charged for those items that we can ship right away.

New York Residents pay 8.375% sales tax

• Shipping to AL and HI is an additional $5
• For all orders to Canada, use the above chart plus $5
• Shipping and handling is to one address only.
• If you are shipping to two separate addresses, the above rates apply to both.
• We ship to PO boxes and military addresses through the USPS.
• Some items come directly from purveyors and take extra time for delivery.
• Saturday delivery is an additional $10.00 and please call to make arrangements.
• Orders placed after 2pm EST for 2nd Day Air will go out the next business day. |
International Shipping
For International deliveries, add $30.00 minimum including the Virgin Islands.
All orders shipped via AirMail only.
Shipments outside the US may be subject to import charges and taxes and are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Returns:
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Exchanges and credits are available within 5 days when unopened (sorry, shipping and handling charges are not refundable). We cannot give exchanges on opened merchandise. All sales final on Special Orders. Return shipments should be pre-paid by the purchaser with the package securely wrapped. Please call us before returning any item for RA#.
If the items are damaged, notify us at immediately. We will exchange the damaged item for a new one or we will gladly give you credit (sorry, shipping and handling charges are not refundable).
Gift Certificates:
Gift Certificates are available in any denomination and are not subject to the Shipping and Handling charges stated above but when redeemed, S & H must be including in the total amount.
